What Job Driven Offers:
  • A tailored, professionally written advertisement, optimised for prime search results.
  • Approved ad listed on paid recruitment sites, including Seek and Indeed, as well as other relevant job boards, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Jora, etc.
  • Ad upgraded to a ‘stand out’ advertisement on Seek and a sponsored advertisement on Indeed.
  • Manage and maintain the listing for the duration of the campaign (standard is 4-weeks).
  • Screen all applicants utilizing industry expertise to identify any and all applicants who best fit the role and your business.
  • Conduct telephone interviews with identified applicants and compile a short-list of the most suitable candidates.
  • Contact and inform all unsuccessful candidates.
  • Present the resumes and interview summaries of all shortlisted candidates, ready for you to complete the hiring process.


This isn’t your standard staffing solution, and we don’t charge standard recruiting fees! Our fee is fixed at $ 750 (excl. GST) per campaign/role.
